McMaster's Annual Welcome Week Sidewalk Sale is back by popular demand for its 28th year!

Sidewalk Sale 2025 will be held on Thursday, September 4th, 2025, with a registration and payment deadline set for Thursday, August 7th, 2025.

Thursday, September 4th falls within the first week of classes for the 23,000 undergraduates returning to campus for the school year. The annual Sidewalk Sale is the premier opportunity to directly access the student market while promoting your business, service, and/or products to the undergraduate students!

Here’s why you should participate:

• Over 10000 students and staff in attendance
• Business focused
• Direct access to age demographic of 17–24 years old
• Prime location in the heart of the campus
• Advertising on social media
• (25,000+ followers on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Snapchat)
